About the program:
Confidence matters at least as much as competence, but projecting confidence and power can be a challenging area for many women. whether due to a loud inner critic that we unconsciously allow to drive our choices and behavior, unhelpful speech patterns that diminish our personal power, or a lack of a clear vision of what confidence and power could look like on us, this can keep us playing small and prevent us from having the impact we are capable of.
During Kore’s workshop, we will learn:
• How the inner critic can keep us and our contributions invisible;
• The signals we may inadvertently send that stymie our own confidence and power and could be leaving uninspiring impressions on others;
• How to leverage everyday business situations that we might today dread and avoid as opportunities to shine (such as spontaneous hallway meetings with a professor or esteemed researcher in the field; riding the elevator with a ceo; and meetings);
• Power practices that will help us project and feel more confidence and propel us to permanently uplevel our game.
