Finding additional views of “reality.”
Before your Learning Lab meeting with your quad, think of something that got under your skin in some way, big or small.
During the meeting, each person in your quad will have a chance to relate the scenario they came up with to the group. The role of the other three Challengers is to listen.
Once the group has heard the story, the three Challengers who are listening will take turns offering the group a different possible truth to the scenario. The point isn’t to discover “the real truth” or to solve the problem for your fellow Challenger. Instead, the point is to see more possible truths and additional views of “reality”, like holding up a prism and looking at it from many different angles. Be as creative as you can – there is no right answer.
The group will repeat the process until everyone has had a turn. Make sure you manage your quad’s time so that each person has the same amount of time. You can use a timer on your phone for this.
