What matters is YOU were there.
Here’s why it matters: You told us your stories. You shared the things that were hard. You even shared the things that were painful and deeply private. And then you did something after that. You took on big personal and professional goals. Then you took courageous steps toward achieving those goals. And after that, you overcame the challenges that showed up and you kept right on going.
And along the way, here’s what happened:
You upgraded your meaning-making system, your decision-making system, and the mental models you use to move through the world. You honed your ability to live and lead creatively and more vibrantly. You got better at making your own luck.
And you inspired us.
This season, we’re feeling proud to have worked alongside you, and we’re grateful for you. Thank you for being a part of The Essential Group and thank you for taking on big growth goals, nurturing your leadership skills, and working to become more inspiring leaders.
