So, where are we going with this?
Last week we learned about self-management: the ability to use self-awareness to show up the way you want to. This week we are expanding on that idea by looking at how your view of reality is informed. Where we’re going is this: habitual ways of thinking and seeing aren’t the only ways of thinking and seeing available. If you are like most of us, however, you often let default patterns determine your behavior… and your results. The thing is, if you keep doing the same things, you will keep getting the same results.
- The choices you make – about what you see, what you believe, and what you do – set you up to create the outcomes you’re after.
To interrupt the pattern, you need to try something different. The Learning Lab activities below are designed to support you in forming new habits through deliberate practice. Take on this labwork knowing that it is laying the foundation for you to begin building higher-order capacities starting with next week’s CCO Lesson.
