To have executive presence, people have to trust your integrity. This is not the same thing as agreeing with you. Trusting your integrity is being able to count on the fact that you will (relatively consistently) show up in a manner that is useful and productive, and that your actions will line up with what you say is important to you.

Two ways Challengers practice integrity at work are:

  • Being for-the-business
  • Being a truth-teller

Let’s dive into what each of these behaviors means and, more importantly, what each might look like in practice.
