- Get a journal. You’ll want a place to record your insights, a-ha’s, and Learning Lab reflections. OneNote, Word, real paper – it all works, just pick one place to use as your journal for the duration of the CCO and stick with it. (Okay, Challenger, I know you probably won’t want to do it because that’s how most of us are, but seriously, actually do this! Good things will happen.)
- Plan. Block time on your calendar for reading weekly lessons, doing your Experiments, and connecting with your quad in your weekly Quad Discovery call. It’s a good idea to block out the full nine weeks now. Start by using the cadence suggested in this week’s lesson; you can always change it up if you think something different will work better for you.
- Add us to your contacts! Make sure you add @the-essential-group.com to your Safe Senders list so you don’t miss your lessons.
